  • This activity is taking place exactly at Igatpuri in Lonavala. The duration of the camping and trek is 2 days and 1 night. The trekking starts from the base village,which is Udhewadi in Maharashtra.
  • The trekking level is medium and it can only be prescribed for people above 15 years of age. The rajmachi Fort stays at a height of 2750.ft approximately.
  • The Rajmachi fort is a blessed spot with a large number of flora, fauna and historical importance. 
  • The trek ranges from Udhewadi to Rajmachi. If you want, there is an option to be picked up from Lonavala station at 7AM. One will reach the camparound 9:30 in the same morning and after breakfast the 2 hour rainforest hike begins from Y fork Junction. 
  • Next day, One will wake up at 5 AM and start heading off  to Shrivardhan and Manaranjan fort for sightseeing by 6:30. After gathering important information about the forts the breakfast will be ready at the base village by 9:30 AM. The trip ends with this and those who opted  for drop off will be dropped off at Lonavala station by noon.

  • At 7 AM everyone will arrive at the Lonavala railway station and the first meeting with the trek leaders will happen there.
  • At 8 PM everyone will reach the base village and get settled in the camps.
  • After having dinner, the real enjoyment and skygazing starts.

  • The day starts by 5AM and one will reach the fort around 6. After reaching the top, the descent will begin by 9AM. By 9:30 breakfast will be ready at the base village. The return trip is at 10:30 AM.
